The Human Resources Director is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all human resources functions within Armoires Cuisines Action. He/she plans, organizes, directs and controls the team under his/her responsibility. This role includes supporting the recruitment process, defining and implementing organizational policies, workforce development, performance management, employee relations management and regulatory compliance. He reports to the President and works closely with the management team to create a work environment conducive to productivity and employee satisfaction.

Main tasks
- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring that HR initiatives support the company's vision and values;
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding and talent development processes, ensuring that the organization has the skills and workforce necessary to achieve its objectives;
- Establish effective systems and processes to evaluate and improve employee performance, ensuring that individual objectives are aligned with business objectives;
- Ensure a positive and productive work climate by managing employee relations, facilitating internal communication, resolving conflicts and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations and internal policies, ensuring that the organization meets all legal and ethical HR obligations;
- Design and implement organizational development programs aimed at strengthening company culture, improving employee engagement and promoting well-being at work;
- Manage, develop and motivate a team of human resources professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring that each team member achieves their objectives;
- Perform all other tasks directly related to the job.
Prerequisites
- University diploma (BAC) in human resources, industrial relations, business management or training deemed equivalent;
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
- Be a member of the order of CRHA or CRIA (Asset);
- Proficiency in IT tools and human resources management software;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel and Word);
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professional ethics and great concern for confidentiality;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks at once;
- Good skills in French and English.
